    We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
    International shipping is not available.

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after payment confirmation.
    Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to inventory checks.
  3. Delivery Timeframes
  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Deliveries are made by third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) during business hours.

  • Free Shipping: All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping options are not currently offered.

    A tracking number and delivery updates will be provided via email once your order ships.
  2. Delivery Issues
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.
  • Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays: While rare, delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Contact the courier directly for urgent inquiries.

    We cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases, or restricted areas.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your tracking shows a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact your local courier office first. If unresolved, notify us at hamormakahid@gmail.com within 7 days for assistance.
